Life Fitness RUN CX Treadmill: Spacious, Cushioned Running
The Life Fitness RUN CX Treadmill brings the familiar feel of a full-size gym treadmill into a dedicated home workout space. Its 22-inch-wide by 60-inch-long running surface gives walkers and runners room to find a comfortable stride, while the non-folding frame provides a substantial, stable training platform. With a maximum user capacity of 400 lb, the RUN CX is designed to accommodate a broad range of home exercisers.
The 3.0 HP continuous-duty DC motor supports speeds from 0.5 to 12 mph, making it easy to move from warm-up walks to faster running sessions. A 0–15% incline range adds variety for hill walks, steady climbs and interval workouts. Life Fitness's FlexDeck® Shock Absorption System uses cushioning beneath the running surface to create a more comfortable feel underfoot than running on hard outdoor pavement.

RUN CX Track Connect 2.0 Console and Connected Workouts
The Life Fitness RUN CX comes with the Track Connect 2.0 console, which separates workout controls from an upper device-holding area. The custom-etched LCD display makes training information easy to reference, while the integrated smartphone and tablet holder keeps entertainment or a guided workout in view. Seventeen built-in workouts, three custom workouts per profile and four user profiles help different members of a household return to their preferred training routines.
Enhanced Bluetooth® allows compatible connections with Apple Watch®, Samsung Galaxy Watch®, the Life Fitness Connect app and third-party FTMS-enabled fitness applications. Supported training platforms include Zwift, Kinomap, Wahoo SYSTM and Rouvy AR, giving users options for tracking sessions or adding interactive workouts. App features and compatibility may vary by device and software version.
The console also supports contact heart-rate monitoring and compatible wireless heart-rate devices. Two front transport wheels help when the treadmill needs to be repositioned, although its substantial weight makes it better suited to a permanent exercise area.
