The Life Fitness Run CX Treadmill is rated for users up to 400 lbs, built on an oversized 60 inch by 22 inch running deck with extra steel reinforcement under the hood. That is more capacity and more deck than Life Fitness's own T3 or F3, without adding meaningfully to the footprint.
The 3.0 HP DC motor, with 6.0 HP peak, stays quiet even at higher speeds and inclines, which independent reviewers consistently point to as one of the treadmill's strongest traits.
Two zones, one console
Built for training, streaming, and virtual routes
The Track Connect 2.0 console splits into two zones. The upper Entertainment Zone holds a secure compression rack for your phone or tablet at eye level, while the lower Workout Zone uses capacitive touch keys for fast speed and incline changes mid-run.
It syncs with Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit, and Life Fitness Connect over enhanced Bluetooth, plus virtual training platforms like Zwift, Kinomap, and Rouvy, so you can run real routes instead of staring at a wall. Four user profiles store 17 pre-loaded workouts plus 3 custom programs each.
Integrated front wheels let you reposition the Run CX without needing a second person, useful in a multi-use room where the treadmill is not always the main event.
