Welcome to The Fitness Outlet®. By accessing or purchasing from our website (TheFitnessOutlet.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.


1. Lowest Price Guarantee

We are committed to offering the best prices on the fitness equipment we sell. If you find the same item for less, we’ll back it with our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee.

  • Before Purchase: If you find a lower advertised price on the same item, we will match 110% of the difference. Contact us at ContactUs@TheFitnessOutlet.com before placing your order.

  • After Purchase: If you discover a lower advertised price within 7 days of your order, we’ll issue a store credit for the difference.

  • Proof Required: Documentation is required (webpage, ad, written quote, etc.).

  • Exclusions:

    • Only valid with authorized dealers listed on the manufacturer’s website.

    • Discontinued, open-box, display models, and auction sites (e.g., eBay®) are excluded.

    • Financing purchases (6-, 12-, or 18-month terms) are excluded.

    • Prices must include shipping/delivery fees.

    • Item must be in stock and available for immediate fulfillment.

  • Limit: Up to two identical products per customer.


2. Website Use & Content

All content on TheFitnessOutlet.com—including text, images, artwork, and code—is protected by copyright. Customers are granted a limited license to use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any copying, alteration, or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.


3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. By purchasing from us, you agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of King County, WA.


4. Limitation of Liability

All products are sold “as is”. The Fitness Outlet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or transactions.


5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

    • Product availability

    • Errors in pricing or product information

    • Manufacturer territory restrictions

    • Suspected fraud or payment issues

  • If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and common carriers depending on product size and weight.

  • Standard curbside delivery is included on most large items. Inside delivery and assembly services are available at additional cost.

  • Free shipping applies to orders over $599 (exclusions: dumbbells, weight plates, commercial strength equipment).

  • Customers are responsible for accessibility for freight deliveries.

  • Additional fees may apply for lift-gate service, inside delivery, re-delivery, or missed appointments.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


8. Assembly Services

We offer optional professional assembly services for many products.

  • Standard Assembly (starting at $199): Includes bringing equipment inside from the garage/storage, assembly in the room of choice (one flight of stairs max), and removal of packing materials.

  • Limitations: Assembly does not include installation on walls, floors, or upstairs delivery beyond one flight. Additional charges may apply for complex equipment, multiple items, or stair carries.

  • Scheduling: Assembly is performed by third-party service providers. We will arrange scheduling and payment directly.

  • Refunds: If assembly cannot be scheduled within 30 miles of your location, your assembly fee will be refunded.

  • Note: Assembly services are not guaranteed and do not alter our return or warranty policies.

For upstairs delivery, multiple-item setups, or commercial equipment, please contact us at Support@TheFitnessOutlet.com for a custom quote.


9. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee on new products.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable.

  • Process: Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) before sending items back. Items must be in original packaging and in "like new" condition.

  • Exclusions: Display models, discontinued, open-box, and special-order sales are final.

  • Refunds are issued within 10–14 business days of receiving approved returns.


10. International Shipping

  • $75 minimum product cost applies.

  • Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

  • Prepayment required.

  • Not all products are eligible for international shipping.


11. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • Inspect deliveries at time of receipt and note any visible damage/shortages on the delivery receipt.

  • Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours to the freight carrier.

  • The Fitness Outlet will supply replacement parts and in-home service (if covered under warranty).


12. Customer Service Commitment

We are proud to be recognized as an industry leader in after-sale service. Our team works directly with manufacturers to resolve warranty or service issues promptly.


13. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied where required. International customers are responsible for their own import taxes and duties.


14. Updates to Terms

The Fitness Outlet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
