Shipping Options

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and common carriers (for freight). Carrier selection depends on size/weight. We can’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

Free Shipping

Orders over $599 generally ship free via standard methods, except for dumbbells, weight plates, and commercial strength equipment. Some areas may incur surcharges (e.g., islands, remote locations). Accessibility for a semi-trailer is required for freight deliveries.

Delivery Windows

Freight carriers call to schedule residential delivery. Delivery is curbside unless an add-on service is purchased. Missed appointments, re-delivery, lift-gate, inside delivery, stairs, long carries, special trucks, or change-of-address requests may incur additional charges.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Assembly Services

Professional assembly is available for many products.

  • Standard Assembly (from $199): Technician brings equipment inside from garage/storage, assembles in room of choice (max one flight of stairs), and removes packing to your trash/recycling area.

  • Exclusions & Extras: Wall/floor mounting is excluded from assembly, multi-flight stairs, multiple items, or complex setups may require a custom quote. Assembly availability depends on local technicians.

  • Scheduling & Payment: We coordinate with third-party providers and handle payment to them.

  • Guarantee: If we cannot locate a tech within 30 miles, we’ll refund the assembly fee. Assembly isn’t guaranteed and doesn’t alter the Return/Warranty terms.

Order Tracking & Proof of Delivery

Parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx/USPS) may not require a signature. By purchasing, you accept carrier scan events/signature alternatives as proof of delivery unless you request signature service in advance (fees may apply).

Damaged or Missing Items

  • At Delivery: Note visible damage/shortage on the delivery receipt and have the driver acknowledge it.

  • Concealed Damage: Contact the freight carrier within 48 hours to request a concealed damage inspection. Unbox and inspect within 5 days of receipt.

  • Resolution: We’ll supply replacement parts and coordinate service where covered by manufacturer warranties. Keep all packaging until resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind what we sell and offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee on new products.

  • Return Authorization: Email Customer Service for an RA# before returning.

  • Condition: “Like new,” in original packaging with all materials, or the return may be refused.

  • Fees: Returns may incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable. If you received “free shipping,” our actual outbound freight cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • Exclusions: Final sale on display, discontinued, open-box, and special-order items (including many commercial products).

  • Refund Timing: Within 10–14 business days after approved return is received and inspected.

Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Cancel without penalty before packaging/shipment (special orders excluded).

  • After Shipment: Treated as a return (restocking + freight both ways).

  • Special Orders: Final once placed and not eligible for cancellation.

International Orders

  • Minimum product cost: $75 (before shipping).

  • Duties/Taxes/Brokerage: Customer’s responsibility. Canadian customers must pay local duties and arrange final brokerage.

  • Payment: Prepayment via approved methods.

  • Eligibility: Not all items ship internationally.

Shipping & Returns – FAQ

How long does delivery take?
Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days. Transit times vary by carrier and location, but standard delivery is usually 5–10 business days. Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment.

What does “curbside delivery” mean?
For large freight items, the carrier will deliver your order to the curb at the end of your driveway or the closest accessible area. You’ll be responsible for moving it inside. Optional inside delivery and assembly services are available for an additional charge.

Is shipping really free?
Orders over $599 qualify for free standard shipping, with exceptions (dumbbells, weight plates, commercial strength equipment). Free shipping covers curbside delivery only; additional services (lift-gate, inside delivery, assembly, re-delivery) may incur extra charges.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery before signing. If you see damage or missing items, note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours. We’ll replace damaged parts and coordinate service as needed.

Can I return my order?
Yes—new products are covered by our 30-Day Return Guarantee. Items must be in “like new” condition and in original packaging. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping/assembly fees are non-refundable.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Final sale items include display models, discontinued products, open-box items, and special-order/commercial equipment.
