I would like to share the wonderful experience had with my purchase from the Fitness Outlet. Once I submitted my order the website responded by saying the order would ship in 10 -14 days. Once the order shipped I got an email from Fitness Outlet to check and confirm that all the items were there when they arrive and how to proceed if there was damage or missing items. Also, the freight company that was delivering my order was unable to reach me. I got another email from Fitness Outlet with the freight company’s number and my purchase information to contact them to schedule my delivery. This was our second bigger purchase of equipment from Fitness Outlet, and we had another excellent experience. This time, we had full delivery and installation. The tech Toi and his son Isaiah did a great job and were very careful in our home. When the safety key on the treadmill wasn't working as it should, Toi drove round trip back to the warehouse to get a replacement part, so the job was finished the same day. Before leaving, he spent time with us to discuss cleaning and maintenance. We had a great experience from the showroom through installation. We will definitely be back the next time we need gym equipment.
