1. Free Shipping

Orders over $599 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, except for dumbbells, weight plates, and commercial strength equipment.

Free shipping applies to standard curbside delivery via common carrier. Customers must be present to sign for delivery.

Additional services (inside delivery, lift-gate, re-delivery, etc.) incur extra charges.

Locations inaccessible by a 53' semi-trailer truck may require alternate arrangements or incur additional charges.
2. General Shipping Information

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and common carriers.

Carrier selection depends on size, weight, and destination of the order.

Orders typically ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Expedited shipping available by request.

No shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
3. Proof of Delivery

FedEx and UPS deliveries are considered complete upon delivery notification.

Written requests are required prior to shipment if you require signed proof of delivery.
4. Common Carrier Delivery

Applies to most items over 150 lbs.

Carrier will schedule delivery; customer must provide a valid phone number.

Curbside delivery only; customer is responsible for moving equipment indoors unless inside delivery is purchased.

Missed appointments and rescheduling may result in additional charges.

The Fitness Outlet is not responsible for delays or carrier-related issues.

5. Delivery Dates

All delivery dates are approximate.

We rely on third-party carriers and cannot guarantee delivery timelines.
6. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Note visible damage on delivery receipt and have the driver sign it.

Open packages immediately and inspect contents.

Report concealed damage to the carrier within 48 hours and request an inspection.

Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Re-shipping or part replacement will be provided when properly documented.

If a wrong item is shipped, we will re-ship the correct one at no charge.
7. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

Restocking fee of 20% applies.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Storage fees apply for delayed deliveries due to lack of response or availability.
8. International Shipping

$75 minimum product cost applies.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and brokerage.
