Email & SMS Marketing

Chatbot Disclosure
Our chatbot is powered by Manifest AI, which processes chat data on our behalf. Manifest AI does not use this information for its own marketing or for any purpose beyond providing chatbot functionality and analytics support to The Fitness Outlet.

5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax requirements, prevent fraud, and support warranty or return claims.
Chat logs from chatbot interactions are retained for up to six (6) months and securely deleted afterward unless required for legal, security, or business reasons.
Once no longer necessary, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
We take your security seriously. Our store is PCI-DSS compliant, and we work with accredited payment processors to protect financial data. While no system is 100% secure, we use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of your data.

12. Mobile Terms of Service
By opting into The Fitness Outlet’s mobile messaging service (the “Service”), you agree to the following Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). The Service is operated by The Fitness Outlet (“The Fitness Outlet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms. We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
12.1 Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Fitness Outlet through your wireless provider to the number you provided, even if registered on a Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automated system or similar technology and may include:

After you send STOP, you’ll receive one final confirmation message. No further texts will be sent unless initiated by you. If you subscribe to multiple mobile programs from The Fitness Outlet, you must opt out of each program separately.

12.5 Carrier & Liability Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, The Fitness Outlet is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages or for actions taken in reliance on them.
