FAQs
Frequently asked question

Is the Torque Flat-Incline Bench worth buying for a home gym?

Absolutely. The Torque Flat-Incline Bench is built to commercial-grade standards, meaning it's overbuilt for home use in the best way. You get heavy-duty components, one-handed adjustments, and a wide range of pad positions — all in a portable design with rear wheels. If you want a bench that will last decades and handle serious training, it's a smart long-term investment.

What is the warranty on the Torque Flat-Incline Bench?

Torque Fitness is known for backing their commercial-grade equipment with strong warranty coverage. For the most current warranty details specific to this bench, we recommend checking the product documentation or contacting our support team directly. Commercial and residential warranty terms may differ, so it's worth confirming which applies to your purchase situation.

What back pad positions are available on this bench?

The back pad adjusts from 0 to 75 degrees in 15-degree increments, giving you six distinct positions. This allows you to target different muscle groups across flat, incline, and military press angles. The seat pad also adjusts to either 0 degrees or -10 degrees, helping you stay secure during steeper incline exercises.

Can this bench be used for military press exercises?

Yes. The Torque Flat-Incline Bench adjusts all the way to 75 degrees, which supports military (overhead) press movements. This makes it versatile enough to handle flat pressing, incline chest work, and shoulder pressing — essentially covering the full range of common barbell and dumbbell bench exercises in one piece of equipment.

How easy is it to adjust the bench between exercises?

Very easy. The bench features one-handed adjustments, so you can quickly change the back pad angle between sets without tools or awkward repositioning. This is especially useful during supersets or when multiple users are sharing the bench in a gym setting. It's one of the standout convenience features on this model.

Is the Torque Flat-Incline Bench easy to move and store?

Yes. Despite its heavy-duty commercial construction, the bench includes rear transport wheels, making it straightforward to roll and reposition without lifting the full weight. This is ideal for garage gyms or training spaces where you need to move equipment around frequently. It balances durability with practical portability.
