The 7.5” multi-color backlit LCD console keeps you connected to your progress with performance metrics, intuitive controls, and 16 built-in workout programs. Bluetooth FTMS allows seamless app integration, including the SPIRIT+ app, as well as connectivity to wireless heart rate monitors (Bluetooth or 5KHz, sold separately). Built-in Bluetooth speakers and a USB charging port round out a fully connected experience.

This elliptical features a 20” natural stride length, dual aluminum track system, and oversized cushioned pedals with a 2-degree inward tilt, ensuring anatomically correct form and lower joint impact.
