The Life Fitness E1 Elliptical Cross-Trainer is designed for home users who want a smooth, natural-feeling low-impact workout. Life Fitness uses extensive biomechanical research to create an elliptical path that feels comfortable and natural while providing full-body movement.
WhisperStride™ Technology uses maintenance-free ball bearings to reduce friction and help keep operation nearly silent. The fixed 20-inch stride, oversized non-slip pedals and moving handles create a stable, comfortable platform for consistent home workouts.
Comfortable Training With Simple, Useful Controls
The Life Fitness E1 elliptical combines 20 resistance levels with a fixed 20-inch stride, giving you straightforward control over workout intensity without unnecessary complexity. The moving handles add upper-body movement, while the stationary ErgoGrip bull-horn handlebars provide a comfortable position for monitoring your heart rate.
The E1 also includes two water-bottle holders, an integrated accessory tray and transport wheels for practical home use.

The Life Fitness E1 Elliptical is available with the Go Console or Track Connect 2.0. The Go Console provides 13 pre-loaded workouts, 1 custom workout per user profile, 2 user profiles and straightforward workout feedback. Track Connect 2.0 adds 15 pre-loaded workouts, 3 custom workouts per user profile, 4 user profiles, Bluetooth Low Energy, Apple Watch® and Samsung Galaxy Watch® connectivity, Life Fitness Connect app integration and FTMS support.
Both consoles use contact heart-rate sensors and Polar-compatible telemetry. Track Connect 2.0 also supports Bluetooth heart-rate straps and includes USB charging/software updates plus an integrated smartphone/tablet holder.
