Compact TRUE Fitness Performance for Everyday Home Training
The TRUE Fitness Z500 Treadmill combines a compact footprint with the build quality and performance TRUE brings to its residential fitness equipment. Designed for walking, jogging and running at home, the Z500 features a 3 HP motor, 20" × 54" running surface, TRUE FITX cushioning and an 8.5" LCD console with Quick Touch controls.
With speeds from 0.5 to 12 mph and incline from 0% to 15%, the Z500 supports everything from daily walking to more demanding running workouts. Its 72" × 27" footprint makes it notably space-conscious while maintaining a 350-lb maximum user weight.

TRUE FITX Cushioning for a Balanced Running Surface
The TRUE Z500 uses the FITX System to create a biomechanically correct running surface. Neoprene shock absorbers at the front of the deck cushion foot strike, while the rear of the deck provides a firmer surface for push-off.
From quick morning walks to longer endurance sessions, the Z500 treadmill provides a stable platform with responsive speed and incline controls. Quick Touch keys allow straightforward workout adjustments while the compact frame helps conserve floor space in a home gym.

The TRUE Fitness Z500 Treadmill includes an 8.5" LCD console with Quick Touch speed and incline controls, Polar®-compatible wireless heart-rate monitoring, built-in workout programs and support for up to four user profiles.
