Description
Self-Generating Recumbent Training with a Walk-Through Frame
The TRUE Fitness PS100 Recumbent Bike is a light-commercial recumbent bike built around a reinforced walk-through frame, self-generating resistance system, and adjustable reclining seat. It is designed for non-dues-paying facilities with usage up to eight hours per day and also works well in home gyms that want a substantial, self-powered cardio machine.
The ergonomic seat offers 24 fore-and-aft settings plus infinitely adjustable backrest recline, making it easier for different users to establish a comfortable riding position. Multi-position handlebars with moisture-resistant sleeves and integrated ratcheting pedal straps support a secure setup throughout the workout.
The PS100 uses a dual-stage Poly-V belt drive and hybrid self-generating brake, so no external power outlet is required for normal operation.
43 Resistance Levels and TRUE HRC® Cruise Control
The TRUE PS100 provides 43 resistance levels across a 30-450 watt workload range. Its integrated LED console includes seven programs, contact heart-rate monitoring, Polar-compatible wireless heart-rate monitoring, and TRUE HRC® Cruise Control.
With HRC Cruise Control, the bike can automatically adjust resistance to help maintain a selected target heart rate, reducing the need for repeated manual changes during heart-rate-based workouts.
