TRUE Fitness M50 Elliptical
Compact Design With Full-Body Training
The TRUE Fitness M50 Elliptical is a compact residential elliptical cross-trainer designed for home users who want a full-body cardio workout without giving up excessive floor space. Its 42-inch by 30-inch footprint provides a space-conscious setup for home gyms, spare rooms, and other smaller workout areas.
TRUE's Core Drive™ system places the elliptical mechanism near the user's balance point to promote a natural, stable movement. The 21-inch stride, ergonomic multi-grip handles, and orthopedic cushioned footpads are designed to make the M50 comfortable for regular cardio training.
Side steps provide a convenient way to enter and exit the machine and can also be used for lower- or upper-body isolation during Cardio 360® workouts.
Home users who want a compact TRUE Fitness elliptical with full-body training, heart-rate control, comfortable footpads, and a choice of three console options.
Cardio 360® & HRC® Cruise Control
Train Your Upper Body, Lower Body, or Both
The TRUE M50 Elliptical is designed for more than a traditional lower-body cardio workout. Its moving exercise arms provide upper-body involvement, while the side steps can be used for focused upper-body or lower-body work. TRUE's Cardio 360® programming combines these options into guided full-body workouts.
HRC® Cruise Control is designed to help maintain a selected target heart rate by automatically adjusting workout intensity. Contact heart-rate sensors and Polar®-compatible wireless monitoring provide additional ways to track exercise intensity.

The TRUE Fitness M50 Elliptical is available with the LED console, a 10-inch touchscreen, or a 16-inch touchscreen. LED screen focuses on straightforward navigation and quick-access workout controls, while the touchscreen consoles add a larger interactive display and connected features.
The 10-inch and 16-inch touchscreen options provide up to 10 custom user profiles, built-in workouts, wireless mirroring, HDMI connectivity, and other connected functions. Features can vary by console configuration.
The M50 uses an Eddy Current Brake resistance system and provides a 21-inch fixed stride. Its accessory features include a water-bottle holder and an over-molded reading rack/tablet holder.
