Beyond spinal decompression and stretching, the XL Boots let you perform inverted core strengthening, leg lifts, and flexibility exercises with ease.

At 1” larger in diameter and 1½” taller than the standard Gravity Boots, the XL model ensures a secure and supportive fit for users with bigger calves or ankles, without sacrificing comfort or safety.
