The Spirit Fitness XE395 Elliptical is a residential elliptical cross-trainer designed for users who want a smooth, low-impact workout with more ways to adjust training intensity. A 20-inch stride, 20 resistance levels, and 20 levels of power incline let you vary the workout without changing machines.
The dual-track front-drive system, oversized cushioned pedals, narrow 2-inch pedal spacing, and three pedal-angle settings are designed around a consistent and comfortable stride. The XE395 also has a 400 lb maximum user weight capacity.
Direct resistance and incline controls on the handlebars keep common adjustments within reach while you continue exercising.

The Spirit Fitness XE395 uses a 7.5-inch black backlit multi-color LCD that displays workout information in a clear, easy-to-read format. Direct-access buttons let you adjust resistance and incline from the handlebars without reaching for the console.
Bluetooth connectivity supports compatible apps, audio, and heart-rate monitoring. Built-in Bluetooth speakers, USB charging, a cooling fan, water bottle holder, and removable swivel-tilt tablet holder add convenience for longer home workouts.
