The Spirit Fitness XBR55 Recumbent Bike combines a commercial-grade steel frame, 24 lb flywheel and 20 levels of ECB magnetic resistance for smooth, consistent cardio training. One of Spirit's most popular recumbent models, the XBR55 recumbent balances performance features with an adjustable design built for comfortable home workouts.
Direct resistance buttons on the console and handlebars make it easy to adjust intensity during a workout, including interval and heart-rate-based training.
The high-density foam seat adjusts forward and back, while the reclining mesh backrest helps users fine-tune their riding position. Large cushioned fast-latching pedals provide secure foot placement and additional comfort during longer workouts.

7.5-Inch ClearView Display with Bluetooth FTMS Connectivity
The 7.5-inch multi-color ClearView LCD displays time, distance, calories, RPM, speed, watts and heart rate information during training. Built-in Bluetooth FTMS provides connectivity with compatible fitness apps such as Zwift and Kinomap, while Bluetooth audio and wireless heart rate connectivity add additional training and entertainment options.
The commercial-grade steel frame supports a maximum user weight of 350 lbs. Combined with 20 resistance levels, direct resistance controls, contact and wireless heart rate monitoring, and multiple built-in workout programs, the XBR55 provides flexibility for a range of cardio training styles.
