The Life Fitness T3 Treadmill brings the smooth, comfortable training experience associated with Life Fitness into a streamlined treadmill designed for the home. Its 3.0 HP continuous-duty DC motor supports speeds from 0.5 to 12 mph, while the 0–15% incline range provides flexibility for walking, running, hill training, and interval workouts.
A 20" x 60" running surface provides room for a natural stride, while the patented FlexDeck® Shock Absorption System is engineered to reduce knee and joint stress by up to 30% compared with outdoor running. The non-folding design makes the T3 especially well suited to dedicated home workout spaces.

Life Fitness's FlexDeck® Shock Absorption System is engineered to reduce knee and joint stress by up to 30% compared with outdoor running. Quick Start makes it easy to begin a workout, with three speed and three incline presets available for convenient adjustments during training.
Go Console
A straightforward console with 13 pre-loaded workouts, one custom workout per profile, two user profiles, telemetry heart-rate monitoring, and an integrated smartphone/tablet holder.
Track Connect 2.0
Adds enhanced Bluetooth®, four user profiles, 17 pre-loaded workouts plus three custom workouts per profile, and connectivity with Apple Watch®, Samsung Galaxy Watch®, Life Fitness Connect, and compatible FTMS apps.
