Life Fitness RS3 Recumbent Bike
The Life Fitness RS3 Recumbent Bike combines a step-through frame with a reclining ventilated mesh seat for comfortable home cardio training. The seat offers 13 fore-and-aft positions plus a 20-degree recline range, helping multiple users fine-tune both leg position and back support.
The RS3 Lifecycle Exercise Bike uses a generator resistance system with a Poly-V belt drive and 20 speed-independent resistance levels. Self-balancing pedals with adjustable straps help keep foot placement consistent, while side handlebars and a front assist handle provide convenient support when getting on and off the bike.
