The Life Fitness Heat Performance Row runs on a dual air and magnetic resistance system controlled by a 300 degree dial positioned within reach of the catch position, so you can adjust intensity mid-stroke across 100 resistance levels without breaking rhythm.
The WattRate direct power meter reads your actual output instead of estimating it, giving you accurate wattage numbers whether you are pacing an endurance piece or grinding through sprint intervals.
