The HOIST HD-3900 Dual Pec Fly/Rear Delt brings chest fly and rear shoulder training together in one selectorized station. The dual-function layout helps commercial facilities offer two distinct upper-body movements without dedicating space to two separate machines.

HOIST HD3900 Dual Pec Fly/Rear Delt: Rotating Grips and Adjustable Setup

A 310 lb standard weight stack is included, with an optional 5 lb upgrade to 315 lb. The machine measures 66.50 × 55.50 × 77.75 in (L × W × H) and weighs 649 lb (661 lb with the optional upgrade). Swiveling handles with rotating grips allow different hand positions for pec fly and rear delt movements. Each exercise arm uses dual pivots for a user-defined exercise path, and the easy-to-reach range-of-motion adjustments provide 11 arm positions. Seven seat-pad positions help accommodate different user heights. These adjustments are especially useful in shared training spaces.
