WhisperStride™ Technology uses maintenance-free ball bearings to reduce friction and help keep operation nearly silent. The moving multi-grip handles add upper-body movement, while oversized non-slip pedals with cushioned inserts provide a stable platform.

Track Connect 2.0 adds Bluetooth Low Energy, Apple Watch® and Samsung Galaxy Watch® connectivity, Life Fitness Connect app integration, FTMS support, USB charging/software updates and an integrated smartphone/tablet rack.
Both consoles support contact heart-rate monitoring and Polar-compatible telemetry. Track Connect 2.0 also supports Bluetooth heart-rate straps.
