Free Shipping & Sales Tax Conditions

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Certain products and categories are excluded, including dumbbells, weight plates, bars, commercial strength equipment, WaterRower products, and other products specifically identified on the applicable product page.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Additional services or special delivery requirements may result in additional charges.

Large and oversized products are generally shipped by common carrier freight truck and include curbside delivery unless otherwise stated. Smaller products may be shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another parcel carrier.

Additional shipping charges will apply to residents outside of the 48 contiguous states or living on an island where a ferry ride is required. In rare situations, some areas may be considered undeliverable or have additional shipping charges. Also, for larger items, your delivery address must be accessible by a semi-trailer truck. Delivery services requested by customer in addition to standard delivery services will be paid by the customer, including but not limited to: re-delivery, special trucks, wait times, ferries, lift-gate service, change of delivery address, etc. Missed appointments may require additional delivery charges in which case customer is responsible to pay those charges.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected where required by law. The amount of sales tax charged may depend on the delivery location and applicable state and local tax requirements. Customers may be responsible for applicable use taxes, duties, or other taxes not collected by The Fitness Outlet.
